Millie has worked in Financial services for over six years where she started in a building society and her passion for helping others began. Since then, Millie has been working alongside other advisers ensuring that each client gets the best possible service. She is keen to use her previous experience and knowledge to help clients in Hartsfield and make sure the relationship for the adviser and client is at the heart of her role, whilst also supporting her colleagues.

Firstly, Hartsfield genuinely cares not only about their clients but also about their employees. Hartsfield puts their clients at the heart of its business to ensure the best quality advice is provided. Everyone works together, not only as a team but as a family.
What matters most to Millie about her specific role?
I love being the first point of contact for our clients. Knowing that clients can come to me for any issue they may have is extremely rewarding. Not only do clients build a relationship with the adviser, but they also build one with me and the pod throughout their journey with Hartsfield.
What matters most to Millie outside of work?
Family is predominantly what means most to me outside of work, especially my daughter Roma. Besides running around after a toddler, I love going to the gym and keeping fit. Having said that, I’m always found in the kitchen baking, which would explain my interest in the gym.
