What matters most to Adrian about working for Hartsfield?

I enjoy the ‘Hartsfield way’. Being part of a team with everyone working together in the best interests of the client and for the growth of the Company. We relish challenges and finding ways to help clients. I take great satisfaction in seeing the Company grow and the collective nature of how the success was achieved.

What matters most to Adrian about his specific role?

I get the most satisfaction from helping clients use their pension scheme to achieve what they want to do both through their Company and personally. Whether that be arranging pension-led funding for an SME or arranging benefits for a client to allow them to treat the grandchildren. It is a pleasure to be involved in the process.

What matters most to Adrian outside of work?

Most of my spare time is taken up by spending time with my young family but outside of that, I enjoy almost all sports. When time allows, I will attempt a round of golf, watch Bristol Rovers (yes, really) or follow any cricket that is going on. Sadly, golf aside, my playing days are a distant memory.
